Recommendation for service of your ATV shocks is, under normal riding conditions, once a year and if racing, twice a year. Other factors that contribute to a higher frequency of maintenance would be, riding conditions, riding frequency, I.E., daily, and how aggressively you ride. Due to the internal design and workings of the shock (oil being forced through orifies, ports, and valves) the oil breaks down and loses its ability to dampen and lubricate (much like your engine oil). Replacing the oil on a regular basis insures a smoother more controllable ride and is relitively inexpensive to perform!!

FRONT AND REAR SHOCK
REBUILD includes: Disassembly, cleaning, inspection of all components, compression and rebound stacks cleaned and inspected, shaft nicks / scratches repaired/ buffed, seal and bushing replacement if required (labour only) fresh oil, bleeding and /bleeding and nitrogen recharge.

REVALVE includes: Disassembly of shock, cleaning, inspection of internals, compression and rebound stacks are reconfigured to your weight, ability and riding style. Stock internals are modified to suit the application.
